2. Products
All products are designed and produced by AviationWorld360.
Due to the nature of 3D printing and handcrafted finishing:
- Minor surface variations may occur.
- Colours may vary slightly from images shown on the website.
These variations do not constitute defects.
3. Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom projects and personalised models are produced specifically for the customer.
Because of this:
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
- Custom orders are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
- Estimated production times may vary depending on project complexity.
Customers will be informed of significant delays if they occur.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors
- Update product prices without prior notice
If a pricing error occurs on an order already placed, we will contact the customer before processing.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, images, and digital assets displayed on this website are the intellectual property of AviationWorld360.
They may not be:
- Reproduced
- Distributed
- Resold
- Reverse engineered
without written permission.
Digital model files (including STL files) are not sold or distributed under any circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
AviationWorld360 shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Consequential damages
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Events outside our control
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
