• Why is there a 10 day (or longer) dispatch window?

    All of our models are made to order, which means we don't keep stock of any products. Currently, this is due to space limitations, but as we move into our new office, we'll have more stock available.

  • Where is my tracking number?

    If your order is within our dispatch window, you'll receive a tracking number once it's fulfilled. In the rare case we exceed this window, we'll notify you and send the tracking number via email and your order page.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on location.
